Shipping Policy

We offer two options for receiving your purchases from out online store:

1. Express delivery

2. Self-pickup at our store

Enjoy free delivery for orders totalling $1000 or more; otherwise, a $180 shipping fee applies. Additional fees may be necessary for remote areas (depending on the courier company used).

Delivery times will vary based on product availability. Typically, express orders are shipped within three working days, while self-pickup orders are ready within two working days.

Self-pickup is available Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Please note that we are closed on weekends and public holidays.

Return Policy

Please note that all sales are final, and no cancellations will be accepted. Once purchased, goods cannot be exchanged or refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
